 The Banque Pour Le Commerce Exterieur Lao (BCEL) opened another new Service Unit on April 04, 2009 which is the 12th BCEL’s Service Unit and located in Chomphet Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital. The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Onkeo DAMLONGBOUN, Deputy Managing Director of BCEL and witnessed by parties involved.
